Leadership & Experience
M24U was founded by Michael Morello, a wound care executive with over 20 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and commercializing wound care and DME organizations across federal and commercial markets.
Michael’s background spans:
- Executive leadership in wound care, biologics, and DME
- Launching and scaling multiple DME divisions from zero to multi-million-dollar run rates
- Achieving numerous BOC accreditations and CMS approvals
- Leading organizations through successful TPE audits and regulatory scrutiny
- Building and managing national sales, operations, reimbursement, and customer service teams
Throughout his career, Michael has been repeatedly brought in to build infrastructure where none existed, align commercialization with reimbursement realities, and ensure growth did not outpace compliance.
That same operator-first mindset is embedded into M24U.
